It’s not often you hear a folk musician cite Philip Glass as one of his main influences, so you know Sean O’Neill is going to offer something a bit different. This is not different for the sake of it though – this is precise, exquisite musical art. Part composition, part three-minute pop song, it really is something special and we couldn’t be more chuffed that he’s chosen to premiere it with us. O’Neill, whose track ‘Carried In The Wind‘ we featured recently, was born in Australia but now lives in London, and you can feel the dark heart of the capital in his music. His new EP Visions is out on Monday and we’ll be at the front of the queue.
