It’s all go on the Mumford and Sons front. The West London-based chaps are receiving rave reviews for their debut album Sigh No More (read ours here), they’ve embarked on a major UK tour (remaining dates below) and have also announced that they selling limited editions of the album at their gigs.
Sigh No More is released on the 5th October and the special edition, which will be sold on the tour, will come in a special hardback ‘lyric book’ with band photographs. It’s limited to 1,000 copies. Thanks to Zane Lowe et al bigging them up, we reckon they’ll go like hotcakes.
The album work has recently been unveiled and it shows the boys in a shop window. If they’re for sale we’ll take Ted. We’ll make our fortune pimping him out as a tall-baddie-from-home-alone lookalike. Here it is folks:
Mumford and Sons are also releasing Little Lion Man as a single on 28th September. Which is my mum’s birthday.
