Folk-pop darlings Slow Club are to play a secret show at Camden’s Flowerpot tonight.
The Sheffield charmers, who release their debut album next month, are playing a previously annanounced spot at the one-month-old venue and will be on stage at 10pm.
The Flowerpot is a “musical drinking establishment” on Kentish Town Road (map) 5-10 mins walk from Camden Town tube. FFS spent a lovely Sunday afternoon in The Flowerpot’s beer garden, washing a free BBQ down with some very reasonably-priced gin. For those within spitting distance of North London — get down there. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
All shows are free entry, and this one is no exception. Doors open at 5pm. It’s first-come-first-served – we recommend getting there by 8pm to guarantee entry.
