Highland-bound Mumford and Sons have announced the release of a new single on Chess Club Records.
The Sons, who recently appeared on Colin Murray’s Radio 1 show, will release tracks The Cave And The Open Sea and But My Heart Told My Head on limited edition 10-inch vinyl as well as digital download on 6th April.
Murray speculated on the radio show that the band would be moving to Island Records for their first LP. Singer Marcus Mumford said that although they planned to record their album in April but were not yet sure which record label would finance it but stressed that they were happy at Chess Club.
