Verge-of-a-breakthrough band Mumford and Sons have released their debut video out into the internets.
The foursome, who FFS interviewed when they were just six months old, play to an empty venue with as much vigour as they played to a packed borderline this week in the video, which is available on their myspace.
FFS are delighted to say that Mumford and Sons have announced their eagerly anticipated – and never has the phrase been so apt – debut album, Sigh No More, will be released on 5th October though Gentlemen of the Road/Island Records.

The magnificent Mumford and Sons will be at Standon Calling festival which will take place in the Hertfordshire countryside July 31st to August 2nd.
Mumford and sons announced the reinstated dates for their canceled headline tour spanning the country, and a whole month, beginning 12th September.
Mumford and Sons opener ‘Sigh No More’ shoots the audience’s natter to pieces and the four part melodies swell and subside before the stunned eyes and ears of Manchester. It is easy to feel jealous of someone who’s never heard Mumford and Sons’ unique music before. Something this special has to be seen live to be believed, the sheer force of Mumford and Sons’ set shows they’re in a league of their own, something people are starting to notice.

Mumford and Sons cancelled tour at the beginning of April has made way for studio time, it has been revealed.
